What type of Yoga is it?
The Outdoor Yoga classes are dynamic flowing classes where movement is synchronised with the breath - not unlike an Ashtanga Vinyasa class in that sense. As classes are only an hour long the focus is on Asanas i.e. the movement limb of yoga - although students are encouraged to use the peaceful surroundings of the parks for personal meditation afterwards.
When can I join?

Who will my teacher be?
All teachers are fully-qualified and insured with full permits to teach at every location advertised.
I’ve never tried Yoga before. Will the classes be too advanced?
All classes are programmed to challenge everyone participating in a fun and easy-going atmosphere. Each and every client is encouraged to take breaks whenever needed with emphasis on doing what one can. Absolute beginners come down all the time so don’t worry if it’s your first time.
I’ve been practicing for some time now. Are the classes for beginners only?
Each class is for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to take breaks when needed and the more advanced students are encouraged to try more advanced variations of each Asana (posture).
